The following requests have been submitted to the Washington Utilities & Transportation Commission for their approval:

To whom it may concern,
This notice is to inform you that Backcountry Travels, LLC has submitted a request to the Washington Utilities &
Transportation Commission for the following time schedule changes, to take effect on November 1, 2025.
• Removing service on Saturday. This cuts 26 days of service.
• Removing service on Sunday. This cuts 26 days of service.
Backcountry Travels, LLC will continue to adjust and provide the best run schedules and safest public transportation on
Lake Chelan. Decisions will continue to be made based on essential travel, supply needs and the safety of passengers and

The UTC has the authority to approve or disapprove the proposed time schedule changes depending on the results of
its investigation. UTC staff will make a recommendation to the Commissioners at an open meeting which is scheduled
for 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 621 Woodland Square Loop SE, Lacey. You will have an opportunity to
provide your comments at this meeting either in person or remotely. If you intend to listen or participate remotely, call
360-664-1234 at least a day before the open meeting for instructions and to sign in. You should also call this number if
you plan to attend in person to verify that the case has not been rescheduled to a later open meeting date. If you need
